Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it securely in its original packaging.

  Ship to SACHA DRAKE

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your parcel off at any Australia Post outlet or your local courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
